Life Expectancies: Our underwriters have completed over 200,000 life expectancies with a particular focus on seniors and impaired risks. Life Settlement Data: We have a proprietary senior mortality database, with information on approximately 90,000 insureds. Our data includes access to our Actual to Expected calculator which can be used to analyze the accuracy of life expectancy estimates based on various impairments, family history and lifestyle factors. Portfolio Administration: With our state-of-the art policy management platform, we provide a complete outsourced solution for life settlement portfolio administration, including premium optimization, policy status and value tracking, insured and policy reporting, medical record retrieval and claim processing. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota with offices in Cedar Falls, Iowa and New York, New York, ITM|TwentyFirst also provides institutional trustees solutions for managing life insurance trusts. ITM|TwentyFirst has over 200 institutional clients, more than 100 team members, and administers over 25,000 policies.
